We will meet at the specified launch spot at 6 am to load the kayaks and set out for a great day of fishing. The following list of items is recommended for a day of kayak fishing:

• Sunscreen/protective clothing (long sleeves, pants, hat, buff…..that sun can be killer)

• Wading boots (preferred by guide) or water shoes
• Waders during the colder weather months
• Rods and Reels: baitcaster or spinning with 20 lb test line (braid recommended)
• Kayak/paddle (can be provided for up to two people)
• Lures: top water, soft plastic, popping cork/gulp, etc. (will provide if needed)
• Stringer/cooler/ice/filet knife/gallon bags (for all of the fish we will catch….fish cleaning not included!)
• Drinks and snacks

 

don’t worry if you’re not an experienced kayaker, have several locations that will suite any level of fisherman!
